Cure Connect is inviting you to take a walk where nature, socialization, and exercise are combined to promote mental well-being, all while boosting your own mental health.
Spending time outside has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving focus, sleep and your overall mood. Plus, when you add socialization – whether it’s walking with loved ones or meeting new people on the trail, you give your brain a boost and strengthen emotional resilience.
